Upload the policies you already have and we tell you instantly whether we can take each one over with one signature; those become cards you can read, share and act on, and the rest get a replacement quote. Issue a live certificate for a landlord or client in seconds. When a renewal is near, or a lease asks for coverage you do not have, request quotes and compare them line by line against what you hold today. If you like a carrier but not the service, move the servicing to us without changing the policy.
Built as software, licensed as insurance
CoverMatch is built and run as software. Reading a policy, issuing a certificate, sending an application to carriers, chasing the replies, filing a renewal: all of it is code, and every automated step is logged where you and we can see it. Insurance is regulated, so the regulated steps sit with licensed producers appointed by the carriers we quote. The licensed entity behind CoverMatch, its legal name and its license details appear in the footer of every page and on the Terms page. CoverMatch runs on its own systems, and your data stays inside them.
Why software first
Most of what happens between a small business and its insurance is routine: read a declarations page, send a certificate, chase a carrier for a quote, file a renewal. We built CoverMatch so that work finishes on its own, with every automated step recorded and a licensed producer reviewing a sample of them. The result is faster answers for you and more human time for the questions that need one. Where we use AI, we say so, and nothing it writes is a coverage decision; your policy documents control.
What we will not do
- Sell your information or pass it to lead buyers.
- Approach a carrier you did not ask us to.
- Quote classes of business we do not serve, or states where we are not licensed.
- Hide a person behind a chatbot. Ask for an agent and you get one.
